No. The annual fee for a membership in an MDVIP-affiliated practice pays for services not typically covered by your insurance and is not reimbursable by insurance.
The MDVIP Wellness Program includes lab tests, screenings and diagnostics that go beyond what is typically included in your basic gynecological annual exam. The detailed results of this additional testing, in combination with one-on-one counseling with your doctor, will be used to develop your customized wellness plan. It’s a more proactive approach to staying well - developing a clearer picture of your health risks and making a plan to minimize them.
Visit connect.mdvip.com, click “Register Now.” Enter your Activation Code (MDVIP sends this to the email address we have on file for you once your membership is activated; if you don’t have your Activation Code, please contact MDVIP Support Services 866.602.4081).
Yes. The MDVIP Women’s Program offers a higher level of service that is not covered with your routine preventive visits.
Yes. You will have access to her cell phone, be able to text and call her with any concerns. In addition, she will provide your gynecologic care.
No. In most cases, the annual fee may be paid quarterly, semi-annually, or annually, and you may use a major credit card or check. You can also set up convenient automatic payments through a checking or savings account electronic debit option. Fee may be reimbursable by flexible spending accounts (FSAs), medical savings accounts (MSAs) or health reimbursement account (HRAs).
You need to fill out a medical records release form. Once we have this form in hand at our office, we will then transfer your medical records to your new physician.
